I'm a big fan of a good office chair. I decided to upgrade my previous Haworth chair of 22 years that still looked brand new but was no longer a good color for the home office. I did have to contact customer service for an issue and it was taken care of immediately without any hassles. It's a solid chair, color is good, and the adjustments work well. I like my new chair and my wife finally likes the color of it. Win-win.

didnt woerk very well switches were suppppper sticky, there were some crackers in thew seat and i liked the colamy atlas aso much better

I ordered this chair for Christmas and it was good for 3 months. Since then, one of the armrests has come out of its position and the lumbar support plastic just snapped so now it's digging into my back. I was excited for this char, but I cannot recommend it

Easily 10/10. Researched and trialed many chairs for my wife, being that she is small this was the perfect fit for her and has wonderful ergonomics

I would rate this chair higher if not for two problems. First: the arm rest vinyl fall apart. It starts cracking and then pieces start falling off. Same problem for others in the office. Second: support is quick to close the case with a generic suggestion to contact another company. That one screams volumes to me. I would not typically leave a negative review, but if you can't treat your customers with respect and genuine desire to solve their problems instead of deflecting it, you get one.

As someone who has tried out various high-end chair brands, I have to say that the Haworth Zody is the best. The level of research and development that has gone into this chair is truly impressive. You can really feel the difference in the design when you sit in it. The attention to detail and customization options set it apart from other chairs on the market. Chair is built like a tank and offers tons of adjustment options to your liking of posture. If you are someone really confused which chair to go for, close your eyes and buy this chair if you can afford it. Its really pricey but worth every penny.
