I’ve been looking for a knee brace that can handle two very different types of movement, and this NEENCA sleeve is it. I use it during my heavy weight training sessions, and the side stabilizers provide amazing support during squats and lunges. What really impressed me, though, is how it performs during kickboxing. Usually, braces slide down the moment you start moving or kicking, but the patella gel pad keeps this one locked in place perfectly. It provides great compression without restricting my range of motion for high kicks. It feels very high quality and has significantly reduced the joint pain I usually feel after a session. If you’re active in multiple sports, this is a must-have!

I measured my thighs as per instructions as it was 49cm, so I order size L, but when arrived it was loose my finger can go easily, still gave it go, within running about 20-30 meter knee brace was fully down on my ankle. I send this back and order a size M, this is perfect does not move I have tried it twice on treadmill, not on an outdoor run yet, but believe it should stay. Does provide good support for patella. One star less as was not able to use this for my half marathon due size L was loose.

This gives firm support to the knee while providing good flexibility.

This is a good quality item, comfortable to wear for a while but gets a little itchy after a couple of hours. Didn't relieve my knee arthritis but it may work for others.

What i particularly like is the little two straps on sides that are flexible but also keep the knee from going sideways protecting my ACL for example from a force from the outside of the knee or weight causing it to bend inwards. It's helped me so far with playing sports no problem after an injury. The only downside I would say are the sizes are confusing, I had to buy two, as initially bought an XL which didn't help , then I bought a Medium which was my real size. The measurements didn't quite match but maybe this was due to quads size that made it misleading. Happy overall am would recommend as it allows me to do sports and feels comfortable, easy to use and breathable material. Delivery time was also great, value for money, thank you

A friend recommended this knee brace so I bought one for my daughter who's knee was very badly damaged in a motorbike accident 10 years and 7 operations ago. She is having problems with the meniscus again and heading for another op. She's tried many straps/braces and nothing has helped until this one!!! It is true to size - a perfect fit, comfortable, supportive and stays in place. She has now recommended it to her Grandma and will be buying a second one for herself. She can pay this time. 😁

Great for short stints at rehab work but using all day can lead to irritation. Id definitely say it's good value for money as it comes in much cheaper than similar products and feels great with support.
