Have been using this for more than 4 months now, I would recommend to buy this product, I was searching for the smart lock which had both fingerprint and face unlock, I got this, I did some research and only few reviews were there while purchasing, was bit concerned about the installation and service,and customer support. Got it installed by local carpenter using the manual and golens customer support assisted through video call for further setup of the lock. Worth every penny, have added fingerprint for all my family members, and they don't have problem using it as they don't have to worry about the key anymore. Battery lasts longer , depends upon the usage as sensor turns on the display everytime someone walks in front of the door to unlock using facelock. Easily the best in the market at this price which doesn't burn your pocket and gives all the features you would love to have.Apperance wise the product looks perfect, and we haven't installed any other lock for alternative,Safety is assured as the build quality and levers are rigid.Service can be requested by calling customer support or whatsapp.Size is not too big or not too small, looks perfectly designed.Can trust the brand and customer support and purchase this and you wouldn't regret buying it.

After a lot of review, I opted for this and very happy that I bought this. No more jangling keys...my fingerprint, for failsafe the RF card and one mechanical with the neighbour (against battery failure when I do not have powerbank or reverse charge cable). It took sometime to learn the basics. Installation by professionals and with phone support. The support guy was very patient to guide me through the complex setting up process. Thank you guys! With 4 different modes of opening with 4 types of locks my door is as secure as takes!

I had purchased this golens X95 smart lock through Amazon after much comparing with other brands available today in the market. I was kind of satisfied with the customer review in Amazon and more when got prompt callback asking about my enquiry. I ordered this lock with a good discount on Amazon and it was promptly delivered with a nice packing. The fitment was arranged through their carpenter at an additional cost which was really an excellent job done. Thanks to the tie-up which golens has with the local carpenters here in Chennai. The person who did Install my door lock was mr. Babu and I will give him 5 stars for a neat job done The lock is now almost a month and a half old and is working very well. The finger print sensors are doing a great job and after fitting this lock in my main door , I should really say that I am quite satisfied with the performance meeted out so far. The guarantee given to me is 2 years whereas other brands are offering only a year. Out of good faith and interest , I got an extended warranty for 6 more months. All the people that I had interacted with while fitting the lock and after when I had some doubts to clarify were really helpful. To name a few were, mr. Modi, mr.dinish, mr.kamal, mr.vipin. I should also say that the customer after sales service is being handled very well by the person incharge mr. Kamal. He called me to enquire about my locks performance which I really am happy with. The style and design finish of the lock is also very nice and sleek. I am hoping that this lock from golens will continue to meet my expectations in the coming day's / years. Was sent the X2 model instead of the ordered X112, but it's a pricier model so didn't bother. IT was installed by the company next day itself, took around an hour and the technician set it up. Working pretty well so far, makes life very convenient. Only grouse is that there is no manual provided and there's nothing online either so for small questions and help you need to call up the company.
