Lovely taste but maybe too sweet

Not very chocolatey

The item arrived damaged. Supplier offered a partial refund to cover the damaged pods. Followed the instructions to the letter, however the pods just do not work. Great idea, but sadly not great in execution. We ended up binning the rest of the capsules.

A great concept to have a Nespresso compatible. Non coffee option. However the flavour is a big let down. There is barely any taste of chocolate.,

A pod of hot chocolate just doesn’t deliver enough thick chocolate goodness. Even on Espresso the flavour is weak.It’d take 10+ pods to make a half decent cup.Very disappointed.

I bought these ginseng coffee capsules to reminisce about the ones I enjoyed in Italy, but the taste falls short. It's watery and lacks the smoothness I was expecting. To make matters worse, some capsules arrived damaged, with powder all over the package. Disappointed with the taste and packaging—hoping to find a better alternative.

Avoid this as the nespresso machine sends water through the capsule and no chocolate comes out. Just clear water.

Plastic capsules, thin layer of aluminum lid, weak mixture of low quality coffee and milk powder. Tastes sweet and cheap. I regret my decision to pick this brand.
