I have a severely itchy type of eczema on my hands, so bad the only thing that offered relief was literally scratching the area's with a metal nail file, other creams, lotions and oils I have I cant tolerate due to the texture, and just aren't practical as everything I touch ends up greasy. This E45 itch relief gel is great, it eases the itch quickly, and doesn't leave a gross texture on my hands, it also doesn't cause me to leave grease marks on every thing I touch... There is also no scent to this gel which is another pro. In my opinion the only downfall is, that I do need to reapply this more frequently, but this minor trade off really isn't an issue to me. I have noticed that the gel leaves the skin on my hands really soft, and the inflammation started to settle within a couple of hours of the first application. If you have itchy hands, struggle with textures, don't want to leave greasy marks on every thing you touch, and want a moisturizing, practical ease of application, value for money product, then this is the one for you.

Brilliant cream. Have been using it on my kids itchy legs, and it rubs in really well. It's a thick gel, that's feels cool to touch, and almost melts into the skin. It does go a long way, so you only need a tiny bit.l, but it feels highly moisturising. There is no smell, or sticky residue once it's fully absorbed into the skin, and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. I caught the sun a little and tried it on that, and it was instant relief. I think this is great value for money and will be purchasing more once the bottle runs out! I much prefer this over the regular E45, which tends to irritate my sons eczema.

Im giving it 5 stars because E45 is always a non irritant and safe for sensitive skin especcially on face which can be sensitive so it was defenitley worth a try its cool effect is nice however it didnt work on my Shingles PHN but probably good on milder ailments

This worked surprisingly well for the first few applications but recently I find that the effects are wearing off.

I have used this daily for some time. I have diabetic foot problems and, at first, it helped for a short time. But after about 2 weeks I saw real improvement. The itchiness was maddening. Now it has really calmed down. Will be reordering.
