The light is very good considering the price paid for it. It has a spread light rather than a spot and is very flexible while working on a car including changing a wheel in the dark as it totally lights up the work area and is hands free. It's not the brightest light but it is a good addition for a car, home or camping and well worth the money.

A really nice little light which is super bright. Two light modes (single LED on the end as a 'torch' or the COB LED strip on the front) make it useful for multiple jobs and the button has a good positive press action. First press turns on the end LED, second press turns the COB strip on (which I use most often). This might seem counter-intuitive that the more useful mode requires 2 button presses, but because it's this way around I find I forget to turn it off less. I've used ones (much more expensive than this!) which turn the COB strip on first and the single 'torch' second and I've regularly thought that I'd turned it off, only to find that I haven't and the battery is flat... It would be nice if you didn't have to cycle through the modes to turn it off, but this seems to be a function which doesn't exist on these types of light (even the more expensive).The angles of the stand are good and a 'clicking' action holds it at the desired angle. The only negative with this bit is the magnet on the base is rather weak. On flat surfaces it is fine, but on smaller or irregular surfaces it only just holds (but it does hold most of the time).Finally, it says this in the description, but note that this requires AA batteries and is NOT rechargeable. This is one of the reasons why it's relatively cheap but if you want to be environmentally friendly, add the cost of some rechargeable batteries and charger when you're considering this light. I don't know how long it lasts on a set of batteries yet as I've only been using it on and off for a week now. But it's going fine after what is probably about half a day's cumulative use.

Excellent product at an excellent price. No complaints to make at all. I have accidentally left this work light on for 18 hours and this works on the same batteries. Very economic in how it uses battery power.
