I have been a Reflex Nutrition advocate for that last 3 years and I don't think that this will change any time soon. I use many of their products and the reason is simple...because they work! And they work really well. This multivitamin is not like anything else that you will find in the market. Reflex source the best ingredients for all their supplements and this is by no means an exception but rather the best example of this. The most effective way to take a multivitamin is a few times throughout the day and Nexgen allows you to do this.

This is a great multivitamin for those with very active lifestyles - I wouldn't recommend taking it if you are not engaged in an active lifestyle as the likely result is an overdose of fat soluble vitamins. The tablet comes with LactoSpore too, which is a welcome addition and can aid friendly gut bacteria assisting in digestion. Be aware that while the box does come with 60 tablets the dosage is two tablets. I prefer twice a day tablets as you can take them with two meals instead of one - but it does mean this is a one month supply, not two.

They do the trick. I have over these many years swallowed all manner of multivitamins and have consigned a good deal of cash on what could only be called placebos , these little devils spear to hit the note with me , they actually make me feel quite active unlike the very many former tablets/ capsules I have imbibed , I have , hopefully not prematurely, ordered another box ,from which I hope to receive the same benefits.

After researching a lot this multivitamin ticks everything you need to feed your body with the most essentials and completed vitamins and minerals! I have had it for 2 weeks and I’m feeling good about it.

Excellent quality product, always is from reflex, its between these and animal pak for best muilti. It's got all the essentials to keep your body functioning properly throughout the day.

Although I've given this product 5 stars without trying them, I can honestly expect Reflex Nutrition not to let me down. It contains more than your average RDA of vitamins and minerals. Top marks for the seller too, arrived in 2-3 days of ordering.
