its difficult to rate a product like this. My bowel functions have always been off. The gut controls a great deal of human functionality. Including mood and concentration. All I can tell you is my mood is better, I do not have the afternoon/ 2:00pm urge to nap, my concentration has improved. Is this product responsible? I cannot say for sure. I will say I am feeling a lot better. I simultaneously started lithium orate supplement.

I'm glad I found this! I wanted to try a similar supplement that had this ingredient in it, but it was WAY to expensive! I'm happy I found this. It helps a lot with my digestion and energy levels. I'm also taking digestive enzymes and pre and probiotics as well.

Update: Vendor reached out to me after I posted my review. They offered me a refund since I was not happy with my purchase. I explained that I liked the product and used the product, and declined their generous offer. Since they stand by their product I bumped up to 4 stars despite the price point issue I had. Four stars when taking out the price factor, but for $35 there are many options out there with similar or more efficacy, at least in my case. I have tried a handful of pro/prebiotics. Nort sure where the third party testing is located at, but if they don't have that readily available, it's a hard pass. If they do, then I still don't know if I can justify. You can purchase on of the best options such as that Seed one, for less money if you can buy more up front. If they offered more sizes with discounts for the bulk bottles, then for sure will this one be a contender again.

My metabolism is very fast, because of perimenopause I was having soft stools and bloating for almost an year, I eat clean , lift weights , don’t drink , pills helped me a lot from day 1 , seriously,…. going through my second bottle now … no after taste.

The first bottle I received had some capsules busted open and the contents were a mess. I contacted Peak and they responded right away even though it was Saturday. Jolyn got my replacement in the mail and I had it by Monday! I've been taking it for 4 days and I can already feel the difference. I was just wondering why I felt so good and then I remembered that I had started taking this stuff. I feel like I have more energy, I'm working harder and feeling better and I'm 66! So glad I heard about this from my functional medicine practitioner.

Theoretically, this item should work, and it does work for normalizing stool. Expensive, but well-worth it.

The first time I took this supplement it caused esophagus pain for me after one capsule only. At first I wasn’t sure if the pain was caused by it so I took a second one the day after and the pain lasted 10 days. My doctor insisted that the pain could not have been caused by it and I should try it again. I took ONE more during lunch and when I went to bed and laid down I first regurgitated some food than I felt esophagus pain and then I started feeling palpitations that went on all night and I was unable to sleep. The palpitations have continued during the week. I actually took 2 EKG and my heart is normal. It has been a week since I took the last capsule and today I finally felt 95% ok. It could just be me or could be the way this supplement is made. If you have any issues with your esophagus or diaphragm don’t take it.
