Q: Is the processor guaranteed1260p w/64gb ram and 2 tb ssd, and a new-from-the-manufacturer build? i ordered this elsewhere, but they sent it w/a 1255u.

This is a brand new computer so it should have everything that it says it has or buy it someplace that you can look inside

Q: Is microsoft office installed already or do I need to install that my self?

I don't have the business laptop, but mine came with windows 11 installed and I love it. Good luck on your search. I think you will like the envy.

Had it since March no problem to report and you need to call Amazon to see what they just give (time) or they sell a 2 or 3 year warranty as an option/insurance. You do need to get an antivirus software to protect your computer.

Q: Does it comes with Fullsize Keyboard w/Numpad?

Yes, and the typewriter is awesome to type from. It’s been the smoothest I’ve ever had a keyboard.

There is a compatibility issue with windows and every time windows updates occur the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers get deleted. Not ok to have to reinstall every time the system upgrades. I have written the seller and received no response
