I’ve been ordering toothpaste from this company for a long time and always loved their fluoride-free options. This time, I accidentally ordered one that does contain fluoride — I didn’t even realise they made a fluoride version. I only noticed something was wrong when my teeth started hurting while brushing, which has never happened with their fluoride-free products. When I checked the packaging properly, I realised I’d bought the fluoride one by mistake. That part is completely my fault, but I wanted to mention it for anyone else who specifically buys from this brand because they’re known for fluoride-free toothpaste. Just double-check the label so you get the one you actually want. The product itself isn’t “bad”, it’s just not what I was expecting, and it didn’t suit me at all.
