Finally a calcium I can tolerate! No unnecessary additives but pure and simple.

When I had a bone density test 2 years ago, it showed osteopenia, the precursor to osteoporosis. My doctor recommended I switch to plant based calcium and appropriate exercises. I'm a bit disabled so the exercise was difficult but I made the switch to this calcium. My last bone test, my bones were fine! My doctor said that whatever I was doing, keep doing it. This calcium has protected my health, which is why we take supplements after all. Plant based calcium is more expensive, but oh so very worth it. I highly recommend it.

Since I don't drink milk or even have dairy,because cows milk is for their babies. So i do have to replace, so I take the calcium with Vit.D.I do eat yoghurt made from plants or from nutmeats,which is great for your body.Taste amazing.

I like the fact that this is plant-based. Calcium, it absorbs better into the body. I had my blood tests done recently. And I have a good calcium level. Where before it was low due to osteoporosis.
