I got these to use in addition to my regular electric toothbrushing and I feel like my teeth are definitely cleaner. I had some problem areas and grooves where I could definitely usually feel build up occurring in between dental cleanings, and I feel like these sticks really help take care of that. I use these a couple times a week and I think that works well for my routine. The smell is very strong when you first open a stick from its package, but it quickly dissipated once the stick aired out. After letting it air out, I honestly didn't notice any taste or smell any time I've used it. I saw some reviews on Amazon and on other social media outlets that said using the little plastic container promotes mold growth, so I just leave it out in the open in my medicine cabinet and I haven't had any issues with that at all. Definitely a fan of these! Looking forward to seeing if my next dental cleaning is better than usual!

Holy, moly, I was not expecting that. This is a kind of VERY STRONG flavor ive never experienced before and honestly makes me nauseous. Very bad and strong. I kind of thing like maybe this is the plant some bars make their 'bitters' from but like and incredibly incredibly strong bitters flavor and smell. My nostril hairs are almost BURNING! Waste of my money, but maybe will find someone to gift them to.. do not buy if you have any sensitivities ro smells or tastes, I'm not sensitive this is just aomething out of this world... don't say I didn't warn you!

I've always wanted to try these. I really liked that this pack came with 2 storage cases. Easy to use and does a great job at removing plaque and freshening breath.

I love the concept. It does work, but there's too steep a habit curve. The reality of a slobbery stick in a pencil case is a little different. Also it kinda smells like stale peanut butter. Maybe this batch was bad or I need to get moar primal.

When it comes right down to pure, NATURAL and ORGANIC, oral hygiene, you just won't find a better option than Miswak. The scent and flavor are reminiscent of a mild horseradish which does dissipate and lessen (so if that sounds like a down-side for you, give it try anyway and give yourself a little time to get used to it - after all, you're probably just used to the toxic flavors/ingredients in regular toothpaste - which this does NOT need - and using a nylon bristle brush for a number of years like I was). I love that these are individually vacuum sealed and come with 2 holders (one to keep in your pocket book for easy travel!) You get SO many uses out of each one. After you've used it initially and see that it's time to renew, you simply cut it down, remove the outer bark to expose a new set of "bristles" and voila'! LOVE the way it makes my teeth and breath feel so clean too! You can't beat the price point for this truly natural product. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

I’m all about using more natural alternatives, especially when it comes to oral health. I saw these mentioned on Instagram and was very curious about them. The instructions were helpful to help me understand how to use this. The taste wasn’t as bad as I expected after reading the box but it’s definitely a different taste. I like that you don’t need any toothpaste to use this, and it’s fun to try. The cases that came with it are the perfect size too.

Taste crazy bad. Not at all like the stuff my mom gave us as kids. Little sticks fall off constantly as im chewing it.
