This has become my go to kitchen knife, I grab it every time. I love the sharpness and its ease in cutting through any food. The handle and weight feels good in my hand. I thought I would dislike how long it is, but I have found that it is the perfect length for everything. This knife has been a great value and a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

My adult daughter wanted a good, mid-size knife as a gift. I found this and was skeptical, so I bought 2 so I could try it. I LOVE IT! It quickly became my favorite knife.. not too big and not too small. Sharp and accurate cuts. No wiggle on the handle either.

Very nice knife made of a good steel. I really like the length being longer than a paring knife, and the length and width being less than my chef's knife. It is able to easily get into tight spaces and do the cutting that I need. In addition, the price is excellent!

Before I order this knife I read one and two stars review I understood can be a true because I a engineer and I had German and Japanese knives I understand good quality of knife I received this knife and I used it I was impressed with quality and sharpness Size was right and Handel as well I recommend for every to buy this product

I cook a lot and I'm always skeptical of cheap.. But I'm not a paid chef i do not cook for a living so gave it a try. not as light as my mac, but i do like the feel. came sharp, once i was done it was really sharp and holds an edge.. i have used it regularly and i like it a lot definitely worth the small price.

This is a high quality very sharp nice, holds an edge well and sharpens easily.

This knife came sharp right out of the box. It fits very well in my hand and is heavier than I'm use to. It is also longer which will make it easier to use on birds and loins. It is a great looking knife and with proper care it should last a long time. It is a go to knife for all my needs in the kitchen, vegetables, fruit, lettuce and meat.
