Thin yet effective. I had one pair for my court shoes as I only had symptoms when playing tennis but now I have a pair in all my shoes and these are thin enough to go unnoticed even in my dress sandals.

Although the Amazon ad states that these pads are made by Langer, the package I received clearly stated Dr. Jill's Foot pads...are they the same quality as Langer? They look the same, but who knows, Misadvertising is not something I appreciate...

So far so good . Been helpful with the metatarsal bumps under my toes gives some relief. If they flatten out will be very hard to remove from insoles. Would recommend.

Have used these for over a year now for my Morton's Neuroma. I have orthotics with a built in metatarsal pad but these work well in shoes that don't accommodate the orthotics.
