ORIGINALLY WAS VERY GOOD BUT OVER A FEW WEEKS VELCRO WOULD NOT STICK. THIS IS INFERIOR AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT THIS CONCERNS PARTICULARLY HE TOP STRAP DONALD TWYMAN

Wear out quickly. Work well until then. Really helps with torn meniscus

Woman size 3 but my I have not so skinny legs from working out so I think I needed to bump up a size. Did not work well for me !
