Very happy with the purchase. The cover is incredibly soft and has some lower lumbar support. The elastic fasteners keep the product securely in place.

Worked great for my recliner, very comfortable.

Bought this to use with my oversized recliner. Is soft and supportive as a chair pad, but not designed for use with the recliner. The problem lies in where/how the top does not provide support that is comfortable. The separate neck pillow is too “large” and elastic is not lengthy enough to go around the recliner.

I had a chair custom made for me - I suffer from multiple sclerosis. This new cushion has softned it and corrected my posture. I use the neck pillow for my lower back I tie it around main cussion a little tight but works. It makes a difference feels like oversized overstuffed recliner! Plus the pink is adorable.

not very supportive, too squishy for me. might be good for protecting against pressure injury but not much else. lumbar pad too small. proportions just not great.

I have a cushion for my back that is firm foam, and it supports my neck. I can use it in a chair with a back that is lower than the height of the cushion and it still gives support. This one flops over the back of the chair. It's fine for something with a high back, which is why I gave it three stars, but not what I hoped for. So, I'll use it on my couch, which is not where I normally sit. Still searching for the right cushion with firm, somewhat rigid foam. I ordered a different one, and am hoping it's like that one. I don't even remember when I got it, It's very old and was expensive, but has lasted many decades without deteriorating.
