Not convinced
Now that I have tried these supplements for a while, I have to say I am not convinced that they helped me at all.

Took it as I am really losing focus. The first time I took, it worked so well!! I had told myself I would do an interview preparation for 4 hours without any distraction and I managed to work during this time slot! I will keep taking it to see the results ( and will stay away from my phone )
