Stained the box and added some 1/8" hard board inside and a LEGO plate in the bottom. Also added a LEGO plate to the top to allow building items.

Usually sturdy but have received one with defective handles. Hit or miss

Well, I cannot give negative stars, but WOW, what absolute trash. My dog could have chewed a piece of firewood and made a better box. The hinges are soda-can thin and held on with what looks like paper-clip-quality wire. It fell apart in the box. No damage to the box, it was just that trash a product. How does this have anything greater than a 1 star rating by ANYBODY? The shipping box it was shipped in held together better than this. Look elsewhere, like in your recycling bin, if you want something you can use. The wood is trash quality, unfinished, and a splinter nightmare.

Hi thereI just sent a note through my new order. I wanted to let you know that the boxes were different sizes. We ordered a test one and was able to fit a book in the box easily and stack 4 of them. 1/2 of the boxes were not big enough for the book to lie flat inside. We have to only put 1 or 2 books in at a slant. WIth the next 5 boxes, please make them as big as possible within the specs of this product.Thanks so much.Consumer

Perfect box just what I was looking for only wish bottom was in same wood had to reinforce myself

Bought two boxes, both of the wood had cracked and chipped, one even chipped at the hinge. So they’re Perry much useless now. Not even cheap to begin with!
