Levison′s Textbook for Dental Nurses

This is the new 2013 edition of the Levison's textbook covering the content of the NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing. The book itself is comprehensive, with difficult points broken down and explained, and useful diagrams to help illustrate points. I have found the book goes into a little more detail than my course at some points, and as the writer (Carole Hollins) is a member of the exam board, I imagine it's worth knowing this book inside out. Sample EMQs and MCQs are given online, although the number of questions offered is fairly limited. Overall I believe this book is essential if you're studying the NEBDN course. Got as the kindle version of this textbook as it seemed to have slightly different information in it than the newer version, and it was more relevant to my course work too. Has more diagrams and images than the latest edition, which is just as good no doubt just more words than images and diagrams which can be fairly useful at times.

Good text book and the accompanying web site is really useful as a revision guide. I'm currently using it and it seems to be be a good course support and good background reading. It took a little while to arrive but I wasn't in a rush so it didn't matter too much.

Affordable and in good condition.

This is such a huge improvement from the one I have. So much more coverage on the type of dentistry that people expect today and also the different area of learning for our cpd coverage.
