This book was so easy to read. So much to remember. These are definitely things I will share with my team.

I was so blessed and encouraged by this spirit-filled, informative, eye-opening, inspirational, challenging, motivational, and scripturally sound ... Work of Art! At the end, my next thought was, "I need to read this book again and again until I can apply every truth principle to MY life! May God bless even more "

This book epitomizes a how to guide for servant leaders. Blanchard has provided illustrative examples based upon the teachings of Jesus Christ to improve leadership skills that will last a lifetime. He closes the book with a guide to revisit skills supportive of the commitment to servant leadership. He also provides a pledge that can serve a reusable template to track your goals while navigating endless leadership challenges. This book is a must read for hands on operational leaders and strategic executives alike.

Not the most well written book. It lacked good explanations and examples of application. However the concepts are wonderful! I recommend reading "The World's Most Powerful Leadership Principle: How to Become a Servant Leader" by James Hunter. It's a quick read and very interesting (it paints a great picture of what a servant leader is) even though it could be written a little better in my opinion still. Also read "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman. It's not a quick read but it's really well done and very insightful.

I've been on the road lately for work. Sometime listening to the radio during the commute because the same songs over and over again. NPR can be full of election news and debates. I wanted something more helpful in my career development. This book did not disappoint! This book was great. . Would recommend! PRO: Easy to follow along with. This book was quick read for me. Gifted to a friend who loves it.

If you aren't religious, this book is still fantastic. It even tells you to ex it out if need be. But there are so many great points about how to lead your TEAM.

There has never been a better leader walk this earth than Jesus, and that is exactly what Ken Blanchard points out in this easy reading book. There is not a lot of fluff, just good to the point information. This book should be in any leaders library, it is my favorite leadership book, hands down.

A complete waste of money. This is the worst that Ken Blanchard can produce. I've read several wonderful leadership books from him... but this one is an exception. This book preaches Christianity / Jesus more than Servant Leadership
