Fresh is Best venison bites have been a fantastic addition to my cat’s diet. Cashew absolutely loves them, and I feel great knowing he’s getting a high-quality, natural treat. The only small downside is that they can be a bit hard to cut into smaller pieces, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the quality and how much Cashew enjoys them. Overall, a highly recommended option for pet owners looking to give their cats a clean, healthy treat.

I’ve been trying a lot of fresh is best freeze dried line and they all have made my cats feral. Just the crumbling of the bag gets them excited. The venison is their favorite by far but like all of them. The bag has a lot in it more than enough to last. And they always come fresh and vacuum sealed. Great brand would recommend the freeze dried food as well

My dogs favorite treat, period. Great quality and great sourcing for your pet. Need to break up pieces and makes allot of dusty pieces, but other than that all of the Fresh Is Best line is great for basic treats or training if you break them up. The odor is so strong for some dogs, you may be harassed...

I was worried that my cat won’t like it because she’s never tried venison before. But she went crazy for it!

I purchase this brand of freeze dried turkey strips and whole turkey hearts for my cat, to change up the raw whole prey he eats. I can give them as a healthy treat, or as a meal with pre-mix finisher and there is no mystery of what you are getting unlike the extruded shapes sold by other brands. The turkey strips and hearts arrive exactly as pictured and I will continue to order those. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with the venison, despite ordering three times to see if there was a difference. My particular packages of venison were not meaty strips as pictured, but were mostly skin scraps with only a few meat pieces. A dog would not mind, but my cat won't chew up strips of skin and there isn't a lot of meat on many of the skin pieces so they aren't worth the price. The few meat pieces in each bag were good quality, but I can purchase ground venison for half the price. Totally recommend the turkey strips and hearts however. Wish they also sold beef kidney slices!
