Has clean Organic ingredients. I have tried many brands of electrolytes before trying this brand but this brand has become my favorite since consuming for a couple years. I have tried many flavors of this brand but still can't choose a favorite. This electrolyte powder dissolves well in water. Some bags close better than the others I have purchased. I really like the size of this bag because it lasts me for a couple months.I was having leg cramps at night, so I started drinking electrolytes to help with that issue and this electrolyte powder has helped. Being an elderly woman who doesn't eat much, I know I do not get enough magnesium or potassium in my diet, therefore this electrolyte powder helps me get a better percentage of potassium and magnesium in diet. I am better hydrated after consuming. I usually drink one to two 20 ounce glasses a day. The more water you add, the less sweetness taste.

Super good, I drink an electrolyte drink every day. I've tried many brands and decided to give this one a try. I absolutely love this taste and feel hydrated and refreshed when drinking this product. My only issue is that it seems to not dissolve as completely as some other brands. I sometimes get some grainy bits in my straw but it isn't enough to discourage me from using the product. This Hibiscus flavor is amazing, a little tart but very delicious.

What I LOVE about it:1. Doesn't use citric or abscorbic acid, which is made from MOLD! Use a NATURAL vitamin C instead.2. No calories so if you're doing IF, you don't have to break your fast to have it.3. Has a large amount of potassium compared to others, which is usually almost nonexistent.4. FLAVOR IS AMAZING -- best I've ever had! I Like the raspberry lemon.5. No artificial ingredients6. I only need 1/2 dose since there's so much in it, so for me, this is a LOT of servings & a great value!My ONLY complaint would be that the packaging doesn't close easily, and it can clump if you don't keep it in a cool place.

Mixes well with room temperature water and even cold water. The watermelon has a great flavor. Have not tried the other options. I am pleased with the Potassium and Sodium ratio. I like that it is not too sweet like other brands. I like that it is sugar free. Nice option for fasting in my opinion. Will definitely continue to buy! Also just purchased the unsweet tea and it is amazing too! You can not taste the electrolytes in it and is nice and refreshing! I am excited to try other flavors as well. This company makes a nice variety so you are not drinking the same thing day in and day out trying to get your electrolytes. Amazing company

Ok good stuff first, the ingredients are top notch. No junk artificial sweeteners or flavors. Thanks for using stevia leaf extract. The bad. It's so sour I can't handle it. I probably won't buy it again.

Trying to find a more healthy option, these seem better than name brand from the store. Also more cost effective than buying 10 packs in a box of some. Don’t leave bag unzipped, it will harden, easy to scoop with included scoop. But this particular grape is pretty tart not a fan of that but no after taste.
