July 2022 - When I bought these bands in 2020, I bought 4, red, black, purple and green. I get a pretty decent amount of use out of them and enjoy using them. The black band is the first that broke, not sure why. Then the purple, and then finally the Green. By the time the green broke I felt like I was just losing them all so I went searching for warranty with MummyFit and found that you have to email [email protected] to report a broken band. They need a pic of said band, with logo visable and they will send you a replacement. I still had the broken green band, but not the other two that broke - I threw them out not thinking. After I sent a pic to the support email, explaining my situation they quickly shipped me a replacement for all three bands!! Very pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend MummyFit for the attention to customer satisfaction and stellar warranty. Hope this helps your purchase decision. March 2022 - Black band broke today :( Bought this band with 3 others back in July 2020 and it unfortunately snapped today. Wondering how to contact the seller to see about a replacement as the reason I purchased from MummyFit was their ability to replace broken bands!

I got the black band (30-60lb) to help me with my front lever progression and it has helped a lot. I try not to rely on it too much so I usually do single legged front levers without assist first, once my hold times fall under 5s, I use the bands to try and stretch it to 8-10s. For those that are interested in front levers, you can tie to the pull up bar and put one foot on it, if you have a parallel bar, you can make a "swing" and sit on it then do a full front lever as well. If you're struggling a bit with pull-ups, this can help you achieve that, but don't rely on it too much. I try to think of these bands as a tool to give you that extra push to pass those hurdles. I've also incorporated them into my pushups to add some extra resistance. You can use them for regular, diamond, incline/decline and even archer push ups. There's a lot you can do with these, but as I said before, try not to rely on them 100% since doing so will not give you the results you're looking for.

I bought this resistance band because I had seen a woman using one on a cruise ship. I decided to get one for myself. I have had it a couple of months and I am learning how to use it. It is pretty heavy, but there are a couple of exercises that I am able to use it for. I bought the black band and also wanted to get a red one as well. The red was not available at that time. I found one from a competitor.

This is definitely going to help me master the muscle up. 2 weeks in, 6 workout sessions so far. it feels very sturdy, I have not had any feelings of it snapping yet. I purchased the black band and am currently 140 lbs/ 63 kgs . I probably use this no more than 10 times per workout a day for assisted pull ups. Hope my info helps.
