Yes. Don’t even think twice
Best preworkout out there. If you can’t handle the itchy feeling? Go with the non stim. But flavor? Just like a Frappuccino. The Starbucks ones that come in glass containers at the gas stations? Same thing but with a bigger UMFFF

Perfect start for an early morning session

Avoid.
There's two diff coffee flavors. The one that arrived was the one NOT pictured, which isn't as good, so false advertising. Wanted the stim-free version. Didn't realize this wasn't. It arrived open while still having the plastic seal around it so powder all over the inside of the bag and product container itself, total mess. Then I realized it's not the stim-free version so has 425mg of caffeine per serving (absolutely insane). Have to half-scoop it so not getting full, clinical dosage of ingredients lifters want, while STILL getting 210+mg of caffeine. Dumb af. Literally backwards. Would not recommend.

It's got the stuff you need. I'm up at 4:00 am and pumping at 68. Get a big head start every day
I've burned through 5 jars now. My favorite pre workout formula by far.

Exercise
I do like to use this product. It gives you a nice push at the gym. Start off with one sweep.. and eventually you'll work your way two. It gives a good feeling.

Really loved the taste and since I like my pre a little chilled I just use the magic bullet with some ice and water and it’s all good for the workout
