This actually tasted really good i was worried but it's ok i would buy again. I wish they had the tea version in stock i don't like coffee.

As soon as I started using this I began to lose weight as it gives me a full feeling so I consume a lot less food. I lost nearly two stone last year and believe this really helped me so I still have it every day as I find when I run out I will eat more on those days. I intermittent fast some days and it helps with this. I also feel like it makes me feel calmer. I usually make it a bit stronger by adding it to a teaspoon of regular coffee as I find it tastes a little weak for my liking. It is a bit expensive and has risen in price but I would definitely recommend it if your goal is to lose fat.

This coffee is not really nice .. has bitter taste and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Cheaper elsewhere

It’s black coffee. Personally, I prefer a white coffee. I just started using it recently and, can’t rate it’s effectiveness yet.
