Yes this works. Holds a charge well. It is easy to use. It most definitely helps with back pain. I have horrible lower back pain from time to time and this is the only thing that gives me relief. Worth the purchase.

This is a Great Little Device!!! I have nerve (?) pain from a bad injection in my shoulder. It was also in my thumb joint😝 Dr sent me elsewhere, that Dr. did nothing! for $$! Sooo I bought this and it’s GREAT!! It has not stopped it forever, but using this little device stops the nerve like pain, that can run from my right shoulder/base of neck to my wrist! I use it when I feel things getting tender, tight, or electric. Ive used the deeper muscle ‘thump’ to about mid tickle/electric, to great relief! It’s a great little size for travel. Fits in a pocket, purse, backpack pocket for ‘no excuse’ fixes, on those travel owwies !

Very good value. Works well and has great battery life. Instructions left a lot to be desired, but, it is fairly intuitive and a little experimenting is sufficient to work out what works for you.

What awesome device helped a lot with lower back pain and my knees be sure get wider pads tho extra too they lose adhesiveness after so long small ones good for targets spots in wrists elbow etc I use wider pads for lower back upper back area. 45yrs old my body is beat up fr yrs of laboring etc.

My family loved this TENS unit so much I had to purchase another one for my college athlete daughter that will take it back to college after break. She uses it ever single day. She likes the adjustable intensity, she said she has never been able to get up to full intensity. She said she loves the way it helps her muscles recover from working out or practicing her sport. My other 2 hs daughters at home use it in the same manner as they are also athletes and have various pains in their legs, back, and shoulder. The pads are easy to put on and reuse, they are soft and work well. The unit itself is small and portable and easy to read. Excellent value for the cost. This has not irritated anyone. There is no noticable smell to the pads or unit.

Being a long term pain sufferer this portable little unit in my experience is the best in the market. Competitively priced plus having multi options and given the size makes it ideal anywhere but certainly great when traveling.
