This board is great for beginners. My 10 y/o son had no problems at all hopping right on it and having fun cruising our sidewalks, and maneuvering the skate park. He had 3 other boards that were from various stores that he had a hard time riding riding very well. The board is well made, smooth, and has just the right amount of flex for him. It was perfect right out of the box without making any adjustments with the free tool. Some reviews knock the black deck grip decal on the top saying it peels, but his was firmly in place and not lifting anywhere. Color (red) is awesome, as is the graphic on the bottom. Great board for the money IMO.

Beginners: I haven't skated in 15 years but I bought this and picked it up almost immediately once again. My little 5 year old girl asks Daddy to "skate your skateboard while I ride in my car!". Recently, we've been learning to both skate (or in my case, relearn) and the ease of adjusting the trucks for wheel balance is VERY great! I was worried that getting an "off-brand" skateboard would hurt the quality but this was far, FAR better than I expected! This rides and feels like THE "perfect skateboard". I've had the board now for about a year and I'm still consistently impressed with how it rides and, on days where I need to adjust my trucks, the ease of which to do so (skate tool came with mine which was even better!).

So, I’ve head this board for almost a year and let me tell you — it provides an amazing cruising experience! My neighborhood has a lot of gentle hills and riding this board everyday at golden hour is my definition of mental health and self-love! It’s very stable and is highly maneuverable. It has a beautiful shape and classy underside design (natural wood one). I’m 5’2’’ and 130lb and shoe size 6 and the size was perfect for me. I have about a year of skateboarding experience. I did it have any issues with the grip tape as some customers indicated. Please note that it is Not easy to learning tricks on it (because it’s a bit on the wider side and has soft wheels). I had a small issue with the board but Magneto’s customer service (not Amazon’s) were kind enough to resolve the issue quickly! One thing I did change in the board - I installed Reds bearings for a bit faster cruising. But thats my personal preference! Hope this helps!

Skateboard is great just didn't receive the t tool that it comes with.

First skateboard for our family so I did a lot of research before deciding on one. This one I love the width and length so it doesn’t feel narrow for an adult beginner. It did get scratches easily at where the woods board layers are seen at the edge and the bottom side.

Awesome skateboard for the money. Great for cruising and skating around town. It’s big, the wheels are cruiser type But still allow for fun.

So far I’ve loved this board. The design is nice, wheels are cool and solid, and it comes with an adjustable tool for everything on the trucks. The grip is nice, and I like that it comes fully assembled, only minor adjustments needed.
