This really is so good for the neck also top of spine as it releases pressure

The media could not be loaded.  I often have a bad neck, right up to my head. I saw this and thought I must try it. So I did.It's a soft, yet durable, material, which flexes well and returns back to its original shape. I tried it and found my head rested comfortably onto it. You can certainly feel a gentle pull, as your head effectively gets pulled away from your shoulders. It's nice, though not painful. I did notice, afterwards, that I felt a mild ache for a few minutes, but once I had rested, this very quickly left me. This is a great little gadget and reasonable priced.

Being honest Im not sure this is working or not on my neck. It is relaxing to lie on the floor, but am I feeling better because I'm taking a few minutes to totally let go? Or is it the results of gently placing traction on my neck to ease tension there?Not to be used by under 12 year olds or for longer than 15mins per session (1-2 sessions per day) are the main restrictions. It is comfortable to lie on and comes with its own storage bag.

While it’s too early to say the premise seems sound and item is well made. The instructions are good , reminding you that it’s not a pillow and not for prolonged sessions. Also note there are certain health conditions that should avoid this treatment , such as certain thrombosis etc.I have a weak neck and thought this might release some of the tension I can get. While it’s too early to say it certainly made my head feel lighter after use , almost like I had a massage.You basically lie on your back with your knees raised slightly and your arms up by your head. This pulls your spine straight , but more importantly lifts any weight off yr neck. Essentially your head is being pulled back thus pulling apart the neck bones.The item comes with a bag to store it and is comfortable enough in use , just remember not to fall asleep on it. While I’m not convinced how much long term benefit I will get from it, I will return to raise a star if I have a positive outcome.The premise seems right and it’s a reasonable price , so I would say it is worth a go.

I was a little worried about quality as much cheaper than some of the other brands. It's great though. It's helping my neck problems but definitely not a miracle fix

Having suffered from sciatic pain relating to compressed spinal discs I thought I'd give this a try whilst waiting for my physio appointments to start. I tried using it as recommended, I found it uncomfortable and saw no benefits after using on a daily basis for about 3 weeks. Once my physio sessions started and I was engaging in recommended stretches etc. my pain eased drastically, some of those relating specifically to the neck area. Simple stretching techniques are far more effective than this object.

Does exactly as advertise release neck pain.

J'avoue que je suis surprise de l'effet positif sur mes douleurs de nuque. Je ne suis pourtant pas archi fidèle à l'utiliser tous les jours, mais ça me détend vraiment bien la nuque et j'ai moins de douleur cervicales. C'est tout de même très ferme... je préfère prévenir...

Ich hatte das Anzorhal Nackenkissen ursprünglich für meine Partnerin bestellt. Sie leidet seit Jahren unter Migräne, die von der verschlissenen Wirbelsäule aufgrund übermäßigem Sport (Volleyball) herrührt. Nach der Lieferung bin ich selbst total beeindruckt. Ich hatte das Nackenkissen mehr zufällig entdeckt und bin nun begeistert, für wen es laut Herstellerangaben gedacht ist. Ich habe seit bestimmt 20 Jahren Bruxismus und knirsche nachts ausgiebig mit den Zähnen. Ein Ventil, wenn ich keinen Sport machen kann. Genau dann merke ich die Muskulatur sowohl im Kiefern, als auch im Nacken, am Morgen nach dem Aufwachen. Es gibt dann Spannungsschmerzen an den Stellen und ich neige zu Spannungskopfschmerzen. Genau an der passenden Stelle triggert das Nackenkissen von Anzorhal. Mein Altlaswirbel wird angesprochen, so dass schon nach kurzer Liegezeit eine Entspannung desselben eintritt. Der Kopf wird dank des Kissens beim Liegen auf einer ebenen Fläche geradezu "aufgehängt", so dass eine entlastung der Muskulatur eintritt. So fließt das Blut merklich durch die angespannte Stelle nach der Entlastung wieder gut durch. Für mich eine absolut geniale Errungenschaft, die ich nicht mehr missen möchte. Nicht nur meine Partnerin ist bei ihrer Migräne begeistert - auch ich habe eine einfache Möglichkeit gefunden, meine Spannungskopfschmerzen loszuwerden. Somit von uns volle 5 Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
