My Weigh KD8000 8kg x 1g Kitchen Scale with Bakers Percentage Feature and UK Mains Adaptor

These have made my measuring easier, having a backlit screen that isn't hidden by large bowls alone is enough to make these top notch. the bakers percentage function is great for those who know what it does. i use it when i want to play with a recipe a little, as you can lower you flour amount and the scale will do the percentage parts for you (no maths). Change the settings to lights always on, and to never auto switch off. this way it will never switch off when you get distracted ( losing where you where in the maths) and you can always see when you've left it on, important if your running it on batteries. the whole thing is basically wipe down to clean, and the top plate comes of for easier cleaning. if you bake regularly, these are for you.

I haven't actually used this yet but I did calibrate it and it was very easy to do. The scales are large but look great and I'm happy with the quality . Delivery was super fast - the scales arrived 5 days earlier than advised!

I have this scale now a while and wouldn't be without it. I was looking for a scale with a larger top because my previous scale was flat and it was hard to read the weight when a large item was on it. Not so with this scale, angled window is easy to read. I like the plastic splash guard, keeps controls clean. I use mine with batteries although it came with a plug in option, just less clutter. The only negative, if it is one, is that it is light, and feels cheap? But it certainly isn't, it's just a 1st reaction when you take it out of the box.

I weigh stuff all the time in my work kitchen, these are good, having an accurate plate spread. They go up to a good 6kg as long as anything else tared in isn't to heavy. Pretty accurate within a few grams on biggest loads (checked on my 0.01g scales)

I have been looking for a set of scales for bread making, these are exactly what I needed. String, sturdy and great value. They may seem a little expensive but well worth the cost, they are brilliant.

Very happy with the scale, but broke after 5 months. No buttons work except on/off, even when plugged with AC adapter. Very disappointing quality.
