The finish is preserved by conscientious packaging.These brackets are hefty and come with everything you need for drywall or wood studs. They give you plenty of hardware for each installation application.Pro tip for drywall anchors - drill a pilot hole the size of the point and save yourself some frustration in melting the point with your drill. Then they'll go in easy.We bought the 8" brackets and used stair treads for the shelves after staining and sealing them.We couldn't be more satisfied. Kudos to Orbeto Home Designs for simplifying home beautification.They really went the extra mile to ensure an easy-to-install and great looking product.

I used these brackets to hang 8" deep shelves for a LEGO display, and they worked perfectly. They were easy to mark and install in the wall. The brackets also have holes to attach the shelf securely.Once installed, the brackets aren’t visible at all, and the shelf stays level without tilting down. The display looks great! Highly recommend these for a clean and sturdy shelf setup.

These brackets are great !!!! Wide enough span to catch a stud or enough spacing to allow strength in the drywall. The install kit is fantastic. Best wall anchors for drywall by far. This was a great purchase. The brackets are well hidden.

I used these to put up 8” wide x16” long x1” thick climbing shelves for my cat and they work great! Note that the 4” spread of the wall plate means only two can typically go in a stud and the other side will need anchors, so I thought it was good those are included. I’ve ordered another set and I think I will buy my own drywall anchors, though, because all but one of the ones that I used that came in this set broke off in the wall even being very gentle with them with a hand screwdriver. I recommend making a paper template of the plate because holding these up to the wall is almost a two-person job. All in all, though, they’re stable, include all the hardware, create a really nice finish look where they’re very subtle and hardly visible, and it was an easy enough one person job. 4 stars for the drywall screws, but I am and will buy more again for the same use, just with my own anchors

These brackets were exactly what I needed to mount a very large, heavy cedar beam for my mantle. They are very sturdy. I recommend them if you have a heavy load to carry on the shelves.

Easy to put up! Enjoying our new shelving!! Used 5’ wide and 8” depth and 2” thick and everything is pretty sturdy. Don’t think anything can take those down!
