Good sturdy product for small gardens or patches needed leveling. With the benefit of hindsight I would buy a larger version for my garden that required a full top dressing and levelling. Soil will build / clump up on the rake if the soil/top dressing is too damp.

It’s a very sturdy item, well made and the only issue really for me is that I needed it wider. Hardly a failing of the product and feel guilty not giving it 5* to be honest. But I think it would take more work than something that would be an extra 50cm wider, but then that product may be way heavier. So for smaller lawns or larger flatter lawns it would be absolute perfection.

Really good leveller, not too heavy to use

the large version is quite heavy but works reasonably well. Could do with the lower bolts to attach the handle to the rake part being easily removed to help with storage.

I needed this as over the last few years my lawn had become uneven. I had tried using a standard rake to level it but always found it to be not quite right. I was unsure at first whether to fork out and buy one of these rakes but it has been worth it !00%. Its easy to assemble and very durable. It feels solid in your hand even though it breaks down into parts which is great for easy storage. Its very effective in just a few strokes of levelling the lawn. It has saved me so much time and for really not too much money. I would absolutely recommend.

Funktion: Egal ob frischer Rasensand, Erde oder feinere Substrate – der Rakel verteilt das Material gleichmäßig und zieht kleine Unebenheiten sauber glatt. Besonders beim Topdressing nach dem Vertikutieren spart man sich mit diesem Werkzeug viel Zeit und Muskelkraft im Vergleich zu einem normalen Rechen. Auch leichte Bodenwellen konnten gut ausgeglichen werden. Komfort: Die Handhabung ist intuitiv und durch das Eigengewicht des Rechens ist kein großer Kraftaufwand nötig. Man „gleitet“ fast über den Rasen. Durch den langen Griff hat man eine sehr angenehme Arbeitshaltung und muss sich nicht ständig bücken. Einsatzgebiet: Ich habe den Rechen auf meinem privaten Rasen eingesetzt, sehe ihn aber auch problemlos auf Sport- oder Golfplätzen im Einsatz. Wer regelmäßig Rasenpflege betreibt und Wert auf ein gepflegtes, ebenes Ergebnis legt, wird dieses Werkzeug nicht mehr missen wollen. Fazit: Der Walensee Rasen-Nivellierungsrechen ist eine echte Arbeitserleichterung für ambitionierte Hobbygärtner. Verarbeitung, Funktion und Ergonomie sind durchdacht und hochwertig. Many options available from multiple companies. It was hard to choose what was best. After making a decision, I chose what I felt was the best product and the rake did not disappoint me. This rake performed like the offer said. It was easy to assemble. The length of the handle allowed me to distribute the dirt easily giving me a level area for seeding. The quality of the rake, durability, and weight provided easy handling. I highly recommend this product for small and large leveling jobs.

Works as advertised. Reasonable quality for home gardening. Long handle seems a bit odd at first but really helps le level on grass. Helps if grass is cut short before levelling.
