We use it in every bath!

In my home we use Epsom salts for bathing. The best by far is the Elixir organic salts. I sometimes purchase direct from there Garden company as always a 10% off code somewhere or once a customer you’ll always be given a discount. However sometimes it can take up to 5 days with standard post so if I’m desperate then their Amazon shop is my other go to but only for this same product. I suffer from Osteoarthritis & Fibromyalgia as does my daughter who also has ME ,so a Bath with these beneficial salts is always a must. Minimum soak time is 20mins to absorb a good amount of Magnesium (nice Zen time too🛀). Another good tip is if you can also submerge your hair during this time or dissolve some in a jug to final rinse the hair in a bath or shower then you will also notice a difference in a few weeks to the thickness of your hair ..I tell all my salon clients this tip and they save a fortune on expensive thickening products 🙌 You can add a little good quality bath oil or bubble bath .. I tend to stick with Teals lavender or eucalyptus bath foam as it gives an extra boost of epsom. These are great Epsom salts which I use in the bath sometimes. I have always used this company as they are good quality food grade which is the most hygenic to buy to bathe in and also they are a good price compared to what is available elsewhere. I have ordered both 20kg and 10kg bags, about 500g is best per bath.i find i am very tired after bathing in these so tend to use only at night and drink plenty of water too. I believe if you suffer from arthritic conditions it is better to use these salts and then remain active or the action of the salts can make the joints stiffer but if used and then active they are beneficial. I have very bad psoriasis and find that a nightly soak in the bath with the organic Epsom Salts has done a lot of healing for me. I also reuse the the bath water and water my plants. Especially my indoor Rose bushes in the porch they have really come on a treat,
