this is great stuff. I use it when I make carne asada; so much more depth without a lot of heat to the flavor. It's well packaged, is easy to use, and smells and tastes delicious! It's also delicious in chili or anywhere else you use chili powder. Will absolutely buy again.

upping my spice game, these are some of the more important spices for authentic mexican food preparation. this brand sell very fresh spices, and come in a convenient resealable bag, as each one is big enough to fill a spice jar twice.

Good quality chile

It's a good amount for the price, but I noticed it's a little blander than what I normally buy which is typically smokier flavored. It did not have a complex flavor profile, no fruitiness, but it's sufficient for making the food I wanted to.

Excellent price for the amount purchased. Much milder in heat level than Jalopeno or Habanero chili peppers and more consistent in heat level than in fresh peppers.
