For lower back pain and a stiff neck, after a week I feel better, but I might just be better who knows with these things but I will continue the product for now. But happy for now.

I've suffered from low back pain the biggest part of my life. I've had tramadol codeine and diazpan, the are all not good long term then I read reviews about these capsules. From the 2nd day onwards the relief was incredible I'm taking the full dose at moment 3 a day. I almost forgot what a normal life was like these are the missing link in my life and it's good I've taken them 2 weeks now I will drop a dose next week. And see how I get on but I feel brilliant thank you very much I will never take pain killers again

works quite well for my pains and since ive noticed my skin is looking better..maybe its the combination of black seed oil and these im guessing ..well impressed

Good price and good reviews but I’m still unsure as to whether the pills are working. I’ve been sleeping a little better but not immeasurably so and it could be an effect of the weather. I will try another pack after this one and review again

It works for me. 2 per day. I can feel the difference straight away if I don't take any for a day or two. I have a very physical work, and again it works for me, worth trying.

After years of buying this product and being entirely satisfied the last reorder from Amazon was unusable. The manufacturer has changed the blister packing and now the capsules are impossible to extract without bursting them. I contacted Healthspan as advised but they were uninterested in replacing the product or refunding the price as ‘they were bought via Amazon’. I repeated my complaint and was told they would look into the packaging. Again no offer to refund an unusable product. I have cancelled my repeat order.
