I‘be used this product some years ago with great success. Now that I’m older, I find that it is even more important and effective. As we age we don’t process as quickly and I find myself not thinking as clearly and not able to read and absorb the information like I used to. This supplement is great for my clarity, understanding and retention of new information. It also helps with my overall mental health.

Good product

This is the best supplement I have taken to help clear brain fog.I remember names, details, and generally communicate quicker and more effectively when I take this product. I do a lot of public speaking for my job and I don’t stumble over words at all when using this (whereas in a 40 minute presentation, I might have a minor stumble or two without it).Here’s my one negative- when this bottle arrived, It wasn’t sealed. Not at the lid or inside the lid at the top. There were a few pieces of tape on the bottle covering a few things as well. Not sure I will purchase from this retailer unless I get an explanation.

We had to travel to get this product. Much easier to have delivered. I pay a little more but would of used that for car fuel anyway.

There is a definitively a difference when I take them daily with my thinking

I am getting headache from this.

Supposed to help me sleep, but woke me up. Might help some people sleep, but had the opposite effect on me.
