Didn’t really do much for me

Suffering from ME/CFS, I found I struggled to fall asleep and stay there. I tried a couple of drugs prescribed by the GP - amitriptyline, gabapentin - but they didn't work. So eventually I tried CBD oil capsules, and thank goodness I did. They're the only thing that helps. I wish they were a touch more effective - stronger ones don't make any difference, as long as I get CBD in my system. But they're far better than anything else, and at the time of writing this review, they're considerably cheaper here than on Healthspan's own site (though it could be an introductory offer).The 60 pack is better value, but this is a decent "trial size" pack if you want to see whether they're right for you. I found they started working pretty quickly for me, so you don't need to give them a few months to start working, thankfully.

Unfortunately, my experience with the product was disappointing, as I didn't notice any benefits at all. I had high hopes when I chose to order from Healthspan, especially since I could have opted for a more affordable CBD option from a different brand. In hindsight, I regret my decision and felt let down by the overall results.

Instructions state that this is best taken at regular intervals and I'm inclined to agree. I took these during the day in 3 distinct doses and found they helped keep my chronic pain from arthritis reduced and managed with a cumulative effect. However taken this way, they didn't last long. Compared with my regular brand which is stronger and lasts me 2 weeks, I don't feel these are the best value for money. On the positive side though, there are occasions where capsules such as these would be preferable, such as when travelling.

These little capsules are tiny so very easy to swallow if you struggle with swallowing tablets. I have only used CBD oil over the years, and this is my first-time using capsules.What I did like right away is not having to endure the bitter taste of what I find most CBD oils to be and there is no aftertaste or side effects with these capsules, so do prefer the capsules to the liquid.Recommendation is to take 1 to 3 a day and ‘best taken at regular intervals throughout the day’.I did think (for me) the capsule dose is on the low side but still started off slow by just taking one a day. After a few days I just felt it wasn’t working for me.I have now moved on to 2 a day but I take both at the same time in the morning and have found a noticeable improvement for my chronic back pain.I think (again, for me) my dose will be 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening.I am currently trying to wean myself off my prescription medication of Tramadol and Pregabalin so that I am only getting by with CBD (preferably capsules) and when these are finished, I will be on the lookout for a higher dose and am finding it does take the edge off my pain.To review these properly I went without my medication in the morning.I do believe this to be a good product and just a case of playing around with the dose that is right for you.

First impressions do not disappoint the packaging is superb really nicely sealed so small hands can't get in in and as you and wrap the packaging and I left with a mountain of information fantastic very inspirational if you clear indications of what the CBD is how to take it the contents everything and then the capsules are very nicely sealed in a bubble pack brilliant however the only downside for me is it's gelatin which is against vegetariansTransporter slightly high get 30 capsules and they recommend taking 1 to 3 per day if you took the maximum that's 10 £13 if you took 1 per day you have a month's supply for the same price depending on your need quite impressed
