This stuff works so good I mean absolutely amazing, but it’s so expensive. I just can’t afford it so I’m trying to use vitamin C with some other things to get the same effect that’s much cheaper. But this company makes great supplements, but some of them are so expensive I just don’t understand, but all companies are expensive in one way or another

Especially good during allergy seasons

This is a great product and has a versatile usage.

We started Lion Diet. Basically beef, salt, water... Mikeala (sp) Peterson strongly suggested that this could smooth the path to the conversion process. Been on it for 60 days now. No cravings. It was definitely worth it. I had a general blood test for possible food interactions. I was "allergic" to almost everything. So, I figured that doing this couldn't hurt. First month 6 lbs down, 2 pant sized (M73). Belly is almost gone. Wife - 15 lbs down, 2 pant sized. It looks like she was right. Getting rid of the inflammation actually makes you lose weight...

I have histamine intolerance that causes extreme dry eyes only 30min after consumption. When histamine levels are low it completely goes away so I use it as a gauge to figure out triggers. What I did not know is B vitamins can freighter methylation, release of histamine so you might have a negative reaction to the B vitamins in this. Ultimately b vitamins do help with histamine regulation however don’t be surprised if you have a reaction to this. I am going to wait to take this for maintance rather than healing phase.

Knock on wood since taking these I have not been sick for quite some time. They are easy to take capsules and I take them on an empty stomach. I recommend this product.

I was hoping this would replace Zyrtec, but it sadly does not.

WARNING: Even if you've used this product previously, be aware that something has obviously changed in recent batches!! If you have significant allergic reactions, make sure you have Benadryl or other antihistamines on hand!! I've taken this supplement for years with no issues. I finished an old bottle last week and opened the new one I just ordered. The most recent order of this product caused an allergic reaction (facial swelling, nose running, etc) almost immediately after I took it. I had to take secondary antihistamines to make the reaction stop, but, unfortunately, I did not realize that the Hist Reset was the culprit until the second or third time it happened. I will not be using the rest of this bottle, and I'm hoping Pure Encapsulations will respond and let me know what has changed. I've never reacted to their supplements like this, and frankly, I'm pretty unhappy. Be careful!
