Excellent garlic press. Easy to get the garlic skin out of the press. Nice and sturdy, good grip. Great price as the press is solid and comfortable to use.

I love growing and eating garlic. I don't like peeling garlic. I've used this to very easily crush out garlic without even taking the papery skin off. Now, I don't think that's the chefy way of dealing with it and you can easily chop garlic, which I do most of the time, but this is a great time-saver (or frustration saver). It's sturdy, simple and presses the garlic out in very small pieces. It's quite easy to clean, especially with the little plastic piece that pushes through the holes, which also has a small extension to scrape out the papery skins or any other residue. Some of these feel cheap, but not this one (I finally broke the other one I had and this replaced it and has done really well).

You won't find a better garlic musher - it's so good you can pop the cloves in without shelling them if you're in a hurry (though you lose some of the lovely oil by doing this). However - this is aluminium, and like all aluminium, it shouldn't be put in the dishwasher, since the coating will wear away, exposing the aluminium which will degrade quickly. Avoid scraping it out with metal spoons since this will erode the anodised coating. A quick run under the tap is fine unless you've handled it with contaminated hands. This is our third, and unlike the previous two we've had no problems since we've washed it by hand.

The maker is a well known brand- which made me decide to order it. It is light and well made- however you need to use a lot of force to crush the garlic

I was sceptical about how it would work without taking the skin off the garlic. Works a treat and I haven't had to scrape leftover garlic from the skin either!

I bought my first one to replace my broken one, I looked everywhere and bought a few flimsy ones but this is brilliant. It squeezes well and is easy to clean using the brush thing in the handle. I’ve like it so much I’ve bought a second!

Garlic crushers seem to be the item that gets the whackiest and craziest Inventions designed to be the most efficient and cleanest way to crush garlic, but they end up being over-designed and complicated, and end up being a nightmare to clean. This crusher is simple. It easily crushes skin-on garlic (I peel it off beforehand anyway usually) and since it's made of metal it's incredibly durably and sturdy. You can definitely feel quality in this one. The red silicone brush is used to clean the garlic off after the use. I initially thought it was to brush the garlic into the pan but that's not the case. Unfortunately one of the spindles bent after a while so there will always be one hole that can get cleaned through but that's fine. I do find the garlic a little bit difficult to scrape off into the pan, because it's garlic of course. But it does the job and fits neatly into the drawer, which cannot be said for some crushers.

Bought as a gift. The comfortable design and useful cleaner were well received.

Best garlic crusher I ever owned. Easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher. The red tool is also handy to pre clean it before the dishwasher.

J'avais vu ce presse ail dans un magazine où il était recommandé. Comme je connaissais déjà la marque pour son sérieux, j'ai fait confiance malgré le prix. Je ne regrette pas mon achat. Il est solide et pratique à utiliser. Il ne demande pas d'efforts surhumain pour presser l'ail. Pour le nettoyage, il faut passer dans tous les coins et je conseille plutôt de le laisser sécher. Parce que sinon, là c'est un peu plus galère avec tous les éléments. Mais sinon, c'est un bon outil de cuisine.
