Enamel Roaster with Lid 26cm - Single

I've been baking sourdough bread using this pan for 18 months. Recently, I've decided to 'upgrade' and purchased highly rated and expensive dutch ovens from LeCreuset and Emile Henry. Unfortunately, neither gave results as good as this pan and they had to go. I highly recommend it for bread making. My only concern is that it does chip over time even with careful handling and the exposed steel could be detrimental to health. There is also a temperature limitation and I would not he safe in temperatures over 250°C.

Product itself is fine. Although not used yet.Items are listed as next day however, as many other reviews state, products are advertised as prime/next day. this is not the case. It was ordered 14/03/25 with delivery for 15/03/25. Order changed at 9pm on 15/03/25 with an delayed estimated delivery as 20/03/25. The item arrived on 18/03/25. Seller replies after midnight which indicates not UK based.

So it is broadly as it is described with one major thing that is wrong in the advert. The advert says it is 20cm deep but it is not. As you can see from the box it is in fact only 11cm deep. I had searched for some time to get a deep tin so it’s disappointing that it is not as described.

Amazing. It arrived fast (to Luxembourg, mind you!) and on top of it, it did a great job for the Sunday roast I made on the day after it got here. To those of you concerned: is not that big, a normal house oven can hold it without any fuss. For microwave, though, the instructions that came with the roaster specifically said it is not safe for microwave use, as it could damage the enamel. I did my Sunday roast without the lid, but even with the lid it fitted inside my oven (a Siemens one, if anyone is curious about that). It held a 1,7 kg leg of lamb plus some carrots and potatoes on the bottom of the roaster. It cleaned easily, even though we didn't clean it immediately (the Aftermath of the Roast), it only needs hot water and your regular dish soap. Very happy with this purchase!
