I go to a spiffy, expensive hair salon and they use this product on their clients (the industrial sized bottles of course). I was really struggling to find a good shampoo because I have very fine delicate hair. This product has helped me save my hair and keep volume! My hair goes flat easily because it’s fine and straight. It’s been a lifelong journey to find the right shampoo. This is a great high quality option that won’t break the bank and let you down - like other products. For fine straight hair: use the shampoo at the roots and let it soak in for about 5 min. Don’t use hot water on your hair please! (it open the hair cuticle and makes your hair fall out!) Use the conditioner at your hair tips or shaft ONLY because it will make your hair too flat on top/at the base. Also leave in for 3-5 min. You can do this at the same time as the shampoo. Use cool water to rinse- please!! Option: the Shampoo already has a conditioning and softening effect so you don’t even have to use conditioner. I didn’t use the conditioner when my hair was shorter but now that my hair is long I added the conditioner at my tips because it is harder to keep them soft and healthy (and it’s also a hot summer). If you really want your fine straight hair to stay healthy I recommend braiding it at night and during workouts. This has really helped me maintain the benefits of this product. I've used this product for 6 months because my stylist used it. My hair tends to be dry and it's dyed. Moehair leaves my hair clean, soft and styling is made easy.

Worst shampoo.. it leaves hair feeling awful. I would not recommend.

I used this shampoo and conditioner in the small bottle and it worked (or so I believe). Consequently, I purchased the 33.8 Oz and spend approximately $50. I used it twice, and noticed my hair is dry, brittle and tangled to the point I'm scared to comb it through. I just ordered Loreal Paris Elvive Total Repair set (I have not used it yet because I'm trying to contact the seller of this product to no avail) which was just delivered tonight. I don't like giving poor reviews, but I believe if the seller is aware of my experience he/she may appreciate the feedback. I can't get a refund, nor a credit because I'm out of the return date. My loss. I'll use Loreal and let you guys know if it rectified this mess my hair is experiencing currently.

The shampoo is a little oily. I need to wash my hair more frequently. The conditioner is great. My hair is soft but not anymore soft than with redken. With the price of redken doubled. I will buy this but will buy redken if the price comes down. Maybe alternate them.
