Extremely helpful for good sleep

I’ve been using Panchamrit’s Melatonin 5mg for a few weeks now. The first time I took it, I fell asleep faster than usual—no more tossing and turning for hours. The effect was gentle, not like those heavy sleep aids that leave you groggy the next day. I appreciated that. The tablets are easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and I like that it’s melatonin without unnecessary additives. First time ordered sleeping melting strips, got it for 494rs, 30 strips, a bit expensive for a month, if works then good, ingredients look good, packaging can be better, also product i received was of 2023 in 2025 which is a concern.

Not worked for as it claimed. I am getting disturbed sleep after using it and waking up very tired.

Date of manufacture is June 2024 Date should be mentioned in the Amazon page before we buy. There are few ingredients such as Cellulose, medium chain Triglaceride any side effect of these has not mentioned.
