I bought this crane for Christmas for my son as he loves anything mechanical. Unfortunately one of the arm struts broke after my son picked it up by the arm whilst playing. To say that he was devastated is an understatement as up till that point this was one of his favorite and well used Christmas toys. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get a spare part, but didn't hold out much hope as I am used to most companies being quite unhelpful when things like this happen. Well to say I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised is a bit of an understatement. My e-mail was replied to within an hour and although they could not get the part they said that as long as I showed proof of purchase they would arrange for a replacement. I did this and the new crane arrived within two days. My son is now happily playing again and I have the broken crane for spares if needed. What great customer service. Thanks Top Race!

It looked nice when we unboxed it, with its long crane arm, the shiny plastic and all the details. Then my son started playing with it: it went forward, backwards, spring on its axis, up and down the hook, but the arm just didn't want to tilt. I put it on the table to have a look, do a full up and down with the hook and the cord becomes quite long, and then does not go back in anymore. A bit of ups and downs and then just snapped, the hook just going down like a ton of bricks. And 10 seconds later, while trying to get the motor to give me some cord so I could patch the hook up, another snap and the arm - the had been stiff until that point - just comes down, the guy lines just gone. Reboxed, repackaged, sent back. Got my money back, but birthday presents are not supposed to go out on the day they are received...

The idea of the toy is great, I don't mind it being loud, it does have a silent mode but Batteries ran out very fast and some components stopped working all of a sudden and without any rough play.

Bought this along with the other construction vehicles in the range to give to my granddaughters [& why not?] for Christmas but have opened them all to charge & insert batteries & test them. I especially like the fact that they are all the same scale [1:45], so they can be used together. My only criticism is one that applies to all motorised toys & that is that the gearing should have been reduced so that it was to scale as well. In all, excellent value & I look forward to helping the girls play with them.

Ah the sweet noise of beeping wiring spinning children's toys. This is not the toy for you if you like a peaceful time, on the other hand, it does run down it's batteries quite quickly and need charging, so you do get some rest. It is a pretty cool toy, you must fully charge the thing (we spent a day thinking it needed to be sent back before we realized that it just didn't have enough juice - it turns on but then just makes noises at you if it doesn't have enough), but once fully charged it spins, rumbles over the carpet and raises its hook up and down making the aforementioned delightful beeps and rumbles. Its not the most robust toy. The boy (3) broke the hook it within a week trying to lift something (probably a mug that it didn't quite fit around) and the tracks periodically fall off when he tries to drive it over something he shouldn't, but that hasn't stopped his enjoyment. Overall, for the money, can't really fault it.

I bought this thinking it wouldn't last long, because I was strapped for money, but wanted to get my son what he asked for, for his birthday. It's a really good little toy, my son has had it over a year now. Only thing is one of the wheels keeps coming off, but just pops back in.

Very cool crane! my nephew loves it! Simple to use, lots of features and the company support was really good when the first one I ordered didn't work, it was swiftly replaced no questions asked. Very good service 😊

Terrible product, terrible suppliers. First thing Christmas morning my son opened it, the crane has a ignition feature where you can turn the crane off and on from the remote, the back button was turning the crane off, so you couldn't go backwards. I reached out to the supplier who asked if I'd like an exchange or refund, my son liked the toy so I asked if this is happening a lot or if it's likely I have a defective item, they never got back to me so I chased a couple times, then I said I just want a refund because I'm not happy with the service. This is a cheaply made toy, something you wouldn't feel bad about spending £5 on but not worth the money at all. It lasted 5 minutes

Lo tenemos en casa desde hace solo unos días con lo que no puedo valorar la resistencia del juguete en si. La valoración esta basada en el producto, funcionalidad y entrega. Funciona perfectamente y hace varias cosas, no solo subir y bajar. La descripción es exacta al producto y la entrega fue perfecta en los tiempos. Viene sin instrucciones, con lo que costo un poco encontrar el interruptor de la grúa, pero se entiende ya que el manejo es muy fácil. Bien embalado y en perfecto estado. Si tuviera que pedir una cosa más, pediría un interruptor también para el control remoto.

I purchased this for our nephew but soon it became my husband/son’s toy as the lights and moving wheels entertained my toddler and remote control anything drew my husband in. The crane comes with a wireless remote (you will need two AA batteries for it) that operates the crane. The crane comes with 4 rechargeable batteries in the package. You have the option of using a hook at the end of the crane or a bucket. The boys seemed to be enamored with the hook as the package comes with a log that you can hook and unhook. The crane makes realistic noises while in operation (you can also turn them off), lights up, and has 680 degree rotary. The only negatives we found over the week of playing with it is on our really tall, thick carpet the tracks would slowly come off after a long duration of turning and twisting. It was really easy to put right back on though. The other is that there wasn’t any directions that came in it; however, what man (or little boy for that matter) ever sits and reads directions. Overall a really fun and entertaining toy that any boy would love to have! Guess we will have to buy another for our nephews as this one is spoken for...

Für knapp 20€ hatte ich kein so schönes Spielzeug erwartet! Der Kran kommt mit 4 Akkus und Ladekabel, die Batterien für die Fernbedienung sind nicht dabei. Mit der Verarbeitung bin ich sehr zufrieden, ich habe keine Angst, dass der Kran beim Spielen gleich kaputtgehen wird. Die Funktionen sind absolute Spitze! Der Kran kann vorwärts und rückwärts fahren, die Ketten einzeln bewegen für Drehungen, Arm und Seil nach unten bewegen und einigermaßen realistische Geräusche machen. Der Sound kann abgeschaltet werden. Wenn der Kran eingeschaltet ist, blinken die bunten Lichter am Motorraum und an den Ketten. Nach etwa 3h Dauerbetrieb konnte unser Kran plötzlich nicht mehr vorwärts- und rückwärts fahren, was das Zeichen dafür ist, dass er geladen werden muss. Mein Sohn ist natürlich restlos begeistert! Mit seinen 5 Jahren hat er ca. 5min gebraucht, bis er den Kran steuern konnte. Ich kann den Kran nur empfehlen!

La gru corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e riesce a fare tutti i movimenti di una gru vera!!! I materiali sono di buona qualità e molto resistenti. Nella confezione sono comprese delle batterie ricaricabili e un adattatore da collegare ad un caricabatterie che comunque durano veramente poco, quindi il mio consiglio è quello di comprarne altre a parte con una capacità maggiore da caricare con un caricabatterie specifico...insomma direi che è un giocattolo che fara contenti non solo i piccoli ma anche i papà!!!

Great Toy. Only improvement would to be to gove it a better battery life. Does not last very long before it requires a charge.
