I'm a reenactor. My clothes are bulky and made of wool. I camp out in various fields too. My shoes get dirty and my clothes that are not wool are linen which creases very easily. In this bag, I can fit my dirty shoes in a separate compartment. I can put my shirt roled up inside a pocket. I have four pockets to put all these smaller items in. I put my woolen clothes on the hangers inside. One hanger with the weight of my clothes is the best way to break a hanger so I use three in this bag. I have a thick wollen doublet and very bulky woolen breeches, A C17th soldier's coat and a thick woolen calf length 'riding' coat. All the above and more go in the bag. I then zip up the internal flaps, place all the small items in the four pockets on the internal flaps and zip up the bag. Each hanger is on it's own tab and the whole thing hangs from a sturdy chain and hook. The bag comes with a shoulder strap. When the bag is zipped up, it is half the length of the garments. I can easily carry it slung over my shoulder but most of the time I carry it by hand. The handle is wide and comfortable. Basically, My whole historical clothing is in the bag. The bag then has a pocket on the outside. It is handy for keeping papers in. I have various insurance certificates for liablity at events and I have the informations sheet that is given out by the event organiser. I'm a registered first aider so I keep my certificate in there too and I have my DBS that is also in there along with my Shot Gun Certificate when using reenactment weapons. This is all very handy and when it gets home, I can hang it up and have no fear of moths eating my clothes. I strongly recommend this bag to anyone who needs something hardy but light. It was made especially for us. I have bought many other bags and they have cost me a lot of money. They are gimicky in the main. I can get a bag from a top company with a £200 additional charge for a shoulder strap and about £50 on top for a logo on it of my choosing. So what! Those bags are for making an impression at a Stockbroker conference or something. I need the real thing and this bag is it. I have no affiliation to the company. The bags are made in China and they have a German sounding name. I'm in the Uk and I'm a reenactor who retired from the NHS some time ago. I have no reason to tell you all this other than to recommend a great clothes bag to you so that you don't break those precious wooden hangers and you don't suffer continually ripped suit cover thin plasticky things like I've done in the past. Writing this has made me want to buy another one - Oh and, by the way, at an event this weekend, other people were commenting on how good the bag is. I know at least one of my fellow reenactors who will be buying one because he said so.

Quite possibly the best value item I’ve bought in a while. I’ve used it several times for work. It has plenty of space, lots of thoughtful pockets and attention to detail with the straps and padded central strap around which your suit will fold. The zips are good quality which means you can pack your clothes up quickly in the morning without the frustration of zips snagging etc. Its a fraction of the cost of the big brands but excellent quality. Very pleased.

I have yet to use this garment carrier, but it seems very good. It is a little heavier than I expected, but looks as if it will protect my suits well.

Suit Carrier is very good for travel. I had one suit, 2 pairs of trousers & 2 Jackets. Numerous inside pockets for other smaller items. Very pleased and would recommend.

I must admit - I wasn't expecting much for £44. However, it is only for occasional use and I couldn't justify spending any more. This is a pretty roomy bag and finished to a fairly high standard. I trimmed off a couple of loose threads but otherwise it is well manufactured. The zips run a bit roughly and I suspect that, if anything fails, it will be them. The bag is well-designed with plenty of room. I'll be using this for overnighters requiring a suit or black tie. Dinner jacket and shirt fit easily into the main compartment and the four inside pockets will accommodate a wash bag, dress shoes, socks, cummerbund etc. The outside organiser pocket will take smaller items like a phone and keys. You can take everything for an overnighter in a single piece of luggage - nice. At this price, you can't really go wrong.

First thing to say is that if you are looking for flight carry on luggage, this is not for you. It is simply too large. However, it is a great piece of luggage for the train or car. As a suit carrier it is very good. I used it for three days worth of work and social clothes and it was not too heavy to carry. The carry strap is also pretty good if a little basic but buy a simple padded loop for the strap and it is great. Not the most luxurious piece of kit but it does the job and the storage space is ample for 2-3 pairs of shows, a toiletry bag and a few other accessories such as ties and cufflinks etc. I would recommend it but not as Carry on. Hence the 4 stars

I bought this because I found myself needing to carry suits on trips more and more. Taking a full on suitcase was not always an option, or indeed, even necessary. This does the job perfectly, with plenty of extra pockets for ties, shoes etc. The zips appear to be of good quality, and look like they will last. It keeps out the weather, so for the price, I think its good value.

Ya lo ha usado en varias ocasiones y en todas ha sido de utilidad, resistente y ha impedido arrugas de última hora en los trajes. Recomiendo la compra, francamente, hemos tenido dos de mayor precio y no eran tan buenos como este.

Una borsa davvero comoda. Guardate con attenzione le dimensioni, perché è davvero grande. L'ho usata per viaggi brevi e devo dire che, nonostante si porti in spalla, è piuttosto comoda.
