The basket that holds the hot pads is the best part! It Matches the light weight trivets perfectly and is pretty enough to leave out on the table or counter "at the ready". The Pads are not overly thick or bulky and are reversible. They're the right size for pots, pans, hot dinner plates, casseroles, platters.....etc. I wouldn't take the chance of machine wash or drying though. A long soak, light scrub, rinse and hang dry. Made of non scratching cotton type material which is perfect for use on Furniture, marble, formica, slate, granite or quarts countertops. But it WILL SLIDE AROUND and till leak through if enough liquid is spilled and soaks through though. Colors available should match or compliment any decor. The hot pads are very cute . I bought the light green color & l’m happy with the color . I like the fact that the hot pads have their own little basket/ container to hold the hot pads in .

I just put in new countertops and wanted something to protect them. These are so cute and decorative. I love the little basket they come in. It keeps them all together. I leave the basket right beside the stove so they are handy for the kids to grab and a reminder not to ruin my brand new countertop. 😉 They are nice and thick for good heat resistance. I purchased the grey 5 pack and it has a nice variety of colours. Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend these.
