I really like this because: It's lightweight It's not sticky and crunchy It lightly adds moisture It revitalises curls I do scrunch though It's very cheap. It thickens my hair It depends on your needs, if you have very dry hair this probably isn't enough, sometimes I wet my hands, add a pea of leave in conditioner and smooth it over my hair before adding this if I have lots of frizz. If I just want to encourage my waves and clumping I liberally spray, scrunch and then leave it to dry. Sometimes I just spray it through as it also adds volume. I have normal hair but quite a lot of it and 2b-2c waves.

I love this leave in conditioner, it smells amazing and is so light weight. I love the fact it’s a spray bottle and not a Cream. It goes in my hair a lot easier. I have 3a/b hair type so need more light weight products and this one is the best I have used so far. I only use it after I have deep conditioned my hair and maybe 4 days after to get the softness back in my hair. I love cantu so much.

From the name and the description I expected a milky, watered down leave in I could spray into my hair every now and then when it needs moisture. It’s more like a liquid gel if anything, it’s not very moisturising at all but It does a really good job of making the hair look and feel freshly washed and styled. It feels extremely sticky when you’re using it so I would recommend spraying on some water first to avoid an overly gelled look.

Like that it’s helping me to get better condition hair.

When I'd initially bought this, I missed the 'mist' in the title. I was just looking for a condition braid spray sort of thing to use on my cornrows, but this is heavily water based which meant my cornrows knotted up really badly. However... after leaving it to the side for a while, I started using her again when I had my natural hair out and I would want to get my hair wet enough when I wanted to blowdry my hair. Instead of getting under water, this was a really quick remedy where I would spray my hair the mist, then blowdry and style. Worked out really well!
