If your like to cook Caribbean food you should get this, if you like your meals extra spicy, get this and if want to put flavour and heat into your next chilli, curry or even just on that bland, microwaved meal, try some of this hot sauce. Warning; if your hand slips and you add a dollop instead of a dash, you better have some cream or a cold beer on hand to sooth your tongue . . . . Or if you think you’re ‘hard’ don’t hold back. The flavour is worth the burn. Highly recommended.

Very hot not for the week just what I wanted

I have found a pepper sauce my mother would be proud to pass off in caribbean cooking.One of the few authentically tasting Jamaican sauces I have ever used. I have used this as a sub instead of scotch bonnet in smaller Jamaican dishes as REAL scotch bonnet can be difficult to get hold of.

En grandissant à Trinidad il y a des années je mangeais presque tout avec cette sauce faite un peu pareille par d’autres fabricants. Pour moi le piment scotch bonnet donne une saveur absolument délicieuse et est moyennement piquante. Il y en a qui aime plutôt le piment tout rouge mais pas moi. Le scotch bonnet heureusement n’a pas les mêmes effets de beaucoup qui sont très ultra piquantes. Je ne peux pas vivre sans cette sauce. Merci à vous Amazon de me permettre de l’acheter chez vous.
