Are You My Mother?: Larger Trim Size (Big Bright & Early Board Book)

I searched everywhere for this book for my 2 children (3 and 10 months) because my nan would read this to me when I was little and we didn’t have the book anymore. Really took me back down memory Lane but the simplified version has been perfect for my daughter to engage with

It's easy for my almost 3yo daughter to follow and she loves it

This book brings back so many memories to me of my childhood. It's lovely to be able to share it with my children.

Bought this book to read to my baby and it's now a favorite bed time story. We embellish it with animal sounds and he loves it! I might do a YouTube version if I get the time in case I'm away one day and can't read to him haha!

Classic children’s book about a lost bird looking for his mother. I remember loving as a child!

Lovely size and format, ideal for reading to toddlers. I was however surprised that this version of the book is abridged, I had just thought it would be in the board book format. Having said that it is just the right length to keep my almost two year old engaged right until the end, whereas I honk he might get a little distracted with the longer version. If he still enjoys this when he has started reading by himself, I'll get the full version!

Childhood favorite book in board form. Loved this story as a child, read it to my children countless times when they were little and purchased it as part of a gift for a recent baby shower.

Quality of board book is good. Story is one my kids loved and am buying for my grandchildren at my daughter's request.

When I ordered this book it was not clear that this a much shorter version than the original, classic edition, with many pictures and bits of the storyline left out. Will be returning it.
