The Sram PC-X1 Chain comes from a long line of dependable, lightweight chains that are built for toughness. 1X specific chain designed with SRAM's trusted XX1 geometry, the PC-X1 features solid pin construction, 11-speed PowerLock and smooth, efficient shifting that you can count on every time out and 118 links. It is compatible with 10-42 cassette and 1X11. SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool free, sure and consistent way to connect our 10 speed chains. While PL does not require special tools for install, the especially tight tolerances of 10 Speed drive trains mandated that each PowerLock is good for a one-time application only. SRAM X-SYNC 1X chain rings provide the highest level of performance and durability. The SRAM X-SYNC tall square teeth edges engage the chain earlier than traditional triangle shaped teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile, as well as rounded chamfer edges, help manage a deflected chain. To provide the best possible performance in muddy conditions, the X-SYNC chain rings have been designed with mud-clearing recesses for the inner chain links and rollers. Engineered in Germany, X-SYNC rings are an integral part of the SRAM 1X drive train. We employ HollowPin construction on all SRAM top of the line PowerChains. HP yields plate retention strength, front and rear shifting efficiency and low weight benchmarks unreachable in solid pin chain applications.
