Don't barter with the devil.
There's a crossroads half way home from the country pub where I drink. Sometimes on my stagger home, on a clear moonless night, I see a silent, still, shady figure standing at the crossroads with a droopy black dog beneath an old streetlamp. For years, since I turned eighteen and started drinking every weekend, I'd occasionally see this guy standing at the crossroads. One particularly drunken Saturday night I decided to approach him. I stumbled over and said "You alright mate?" Slowly he raised his head, and in the shadow cast by his hat across his pitch black face I saw two firey eyes burning. "I'm alright" he said. Anyway we got chatting and it turned out he was the devil. Alright bloke actually, apart from when he cut me a duff deal: That night he told me that he'd give me skills unimaginable in any Earthly pursuit in return for my soul. Well since I wasn't using it I thought I might as well give it a go. And since I was already a dab hand in the bedroom and the loudest farter in my office, I decided to ask for insane guitar skills. I mean insane. Better than Hendrix. Better than Clapton. Better than that guitar playing drifter guy from O Brother Where Art Thou. He said my wish was his command; all I had to do was give him something from about my person to signify the deal. So I put my hand in my pocket and found a business card for someone called Lucy Luscious which I'd found whilst relieving myself in a public phone box earlier that evening. The next morning I sprang from my kitchen floor, excited to try out my new found skills. The first thing I noticed though, whilst in the bathroom getting ready to take a stroll down the guitar shop, was that I had no reflection in the mirror. This irritated me because I couldn't shave properly. I tried to solve this problem by taking a selfie but that didn't work either. I couldn't taste my coffee either, nor did it feel warm. Or cold. Or anything. When I left the house all the birds stopped singing. Every dog I saw on the way kept viciously barking at me. A toddler looked at me from its pushchair and burst out crying. When I got to the guitar shop the bloke asked me if I was alright. I asked him why. He said "You look unwell." I said "Don't worry about that mate, just hand me your best guitar and stand back!" He passed me a fancy looking Rickenbacker, plugged me in and stood back. As I wrapped my hand around the neck of the guitar I was suddenly struck with the overwhelming sensation of... nothing. I still didn't know how to play a guitar. That tricky no good liar had taken my soul without giving me anything in return. And I'd always thought the devil was such a trustworthy fellow. That day I hatched a plan: Every Saturday night, just before last orders, I bought a bottle of house wine from the pub. I'd take a different route home so that when I passed the crossroads I'd be walking up behind the shadowy figure, rather than past in front of him. Two soulless months passed before I saw him again. There he was, standing below the streetlamp. As quietly as I could, I snuck up behind him, wine bottle in hand. As soon as I was close enough I smashed him over the head with the bottle and knocked him out cold. His dog went mental and tried to bite me but luckily I had half a kebab shoved in my jacket pocket which I threw across the street. This distracted the dog for long enough for me to go through the devil's pockets, find Lucy Luscious's business card and make my escape. Now that I had my soul back I had to reattach it to my body. That's what lead me here. I typed 'soul glue' into Google and after looking at a few race specific retro hair creams and listening to a song by the Rheostatics I found a link to this item. This item really is good for sticking souls back on. It bonds card and human skin very well. It's flexible and waterproof. I stuck mine to the middle of my chest, as I thought that seemed the logical place. That was two/three weeks ago and Lucy Luscious is still there every morning smiling at me in the mirror from her business card stuck fast to my chest. Top marks. Highly recommended.

Shoe Glue has come unstuck
I bought this glue as I saw a picture of my boots on the top of the packet and thought they’d be perfect for me to repair my favourite walking boots. The glue works and stuck the heel back together, but after about a month, it’s come apart again so will try and look for another glue. Was easy to use and the tube has a lot of glue in it, just make sure it works on your items that need glueing together.

Used on vintage shoes
I had a pair of vintage shoes where the bottom sole had completely come off. Cleaned as much of the old glue off and restuck using very small croc clips and weights, so far so good. I had to buy 2 of these tubes one for each shoe. Its easy to apply and needs a bit of spreading.

Worked well.
My girlfriends high boots were coming apart at the sole. I thought I'd try this glue and after cleaning area to be glued this glue stuck it very well. Now she uses them now and All seems OK. Still good after a few weeks.

Holds fairly well
You need to follow the instructions to get the best results. There is enough for more than one pair of shoes to be repaired. I will need to refix one pair of shoes as the glue has started to come unstuck but that maybe because the weather was hot or just that the shoes have been well worn and are only lightweight. Generally happy with the product.

A good solution at last
Have tired various glue remedies to try and repair a pair of walking boots where the toe lip of molded sole was coming slightly adrift from the upper and was causing it to leak. Have waited a while before posting a review as it is only through use that one finds out if the repair is holding. A month on, it is and having undertaken several hill walks and climbs both in stony and wet conditions. As often happen the minor flexing and movements at the toes of boots along with impact can loosen bonds and previous attempts at gluing - even epoxy - did not hold for long. At present this is holding well and seems to combine the right strength and flexibility. Time will tell how lasting a repair it will be but I so far it is excellent. Trying to clean and prepare joints can be difficult. Certainly tried to clean out joint as best I could and to get any debris out. Although not perfect the bond seems good and provided moderate support (by taping) around the fixed area while glue was setting, allowing a good 18 hours to give best chance of curing. At present has at least extended the life of a good pair of walking boots and would use again.

Klej niezbyt mocno trzyma niestety.

Great glue! Fast delivery. I used it immediately upon receipt. I glued the soles of the boots I wear in the rain. The sole holds tightly and does not get wet.
