I really f*d up my skin with actives which lead to severe acne and raw redness. I was on acne treatment for a whole year which improved it, but damaged my skin barrier even further from where it all started. I did some research and found this, I stopped all actives (apart from benzoyl peroxide face wash, just to keep acne at bay). I’ve been using this for 2 weeks and I haven’t seen my skin look this good for years. My skin barrier is improving, my skin is softer, less textured, breaking out less and I have no redness. Literally saved my skin. I hope to be able to wean off the benzoyl peroxide face wash.

This is a great cleanser, which doesn’t strip your skin in half and does a good job making the skin feel more smooth and fresh. However the price range of this product and their other products is quite expensive. This product is worth more in the £10 range not £20

Unsure whether it’s the right fit for me. Been looking for a good moisturiser for a long time and ended up using this one for a little bit. I have a sensitive, acne prone skin and wanted a cleanser that both cleaned well and didn’t compromise my barrier as I’m already using active ingredients in other products. However, I still can’t figure out if it broke me out. I get a bit uncomfortable by the feeling it leaves on the skin after cleansing - some might love the hydration “film” it leaves but it makes me paranoid, that it clogged my pores (although, it shouldn’t be comedogenic). I will give it another chance as I think it has a potential and is recommended by a lot of dermatologists but I’m not sure if I’d repurchase again.

I’ve used many cleansers over the years and none (I repeat none) of them compare to this one. I hope they never discontinue this one because I had to buy a different cleanser for a few days use when this cleanser was out of stock and it was a nightmare. I double cleanse in the evening and this feels like the most luxurious cleanser. It works so well to remove all the build up you get in the day and leaves your skin so hydrated and soft. The ingredients are so great and the consistency is thick. It doesn’t dry out your skin and it does so much. I don’t normally review cleansers but this one needs the review. As much as I don’t want it to be out of stock the next time I purchase I have to share this amazing cleanser.

This feels horrid to use but really is the most gentle face wash out there, needs to be part of a double cleanse if your wearing sunscreen/makeup but is very kind to rosacea skin.

This is the best gentle cleanser I have ever tried. My skin feels so soft after washing with this. I have very sensitive reactive skin and have tried every gentle cleanser out there drugstore and high end and this is the only one that my skin did not react to. I do have to use bioderma micellar water to take my makeup off but this soothes my skin. Has helped my barrier a lot. Please never stop selling it on Amazon.

Toller cleanser Akne Safe

I LOVE this face wash. I have tried dozens, looking for the right combination of really cleaning while protecting my skin barrier. I have fairly sensitive skin with some rosacea and occasional breakouts from it. This face wash has helped tremendously and my skin is super soft and smooth. Never going back! Note- don’t expect a foaming wash. You could compare it to Cereve’s hydrating face wash but this is much better, with a cleaner formula.

If you’re looking for a basic cream cleanser this is it. Very gentle. Didn’t dry me out. But felt like cleansing with lotion and I just couldn’t get past that. It’s great for dry sensitive reactive skin. Didn’t leave a film after rinsing, but make sure you fully rinse it off. It’s a good cleanser for dry sensitive skin but just didn’t like that it felt like lotion.

Doesn’t foam up! I love that it just stays thick and you can really feel what parts of your face have gotten washed. Great for dry skin
